Our prinipal, Jim Demetriou, is a Chartered Fellow & Accredited Building Designer, Greensmart Designer and Licensed Builder. He regularly attends conferences & seminars on building design in order to ensure our company is up to date with the very latest in building trends, systems & products, as well as energy efficient and sustainable trends.
Over many years, Jim has judged housing awards for the Housing Industry Association, BDA of Aust & The Outback NSW Energy Smart Home Award. The company itself is also a three time winner of the prestigious BDA NSW "Award of Excellence".
